Essager 100W GaN Charger Review: Four Ports, One Plug, Under $35

The cable chaos on my desk finally had a solution candidate

My desk had three charging cables and two power strips for five devices. Every morning involved some version of musical chairs with adapters. The Essager is not in the same league as Anker in terms of brand reliability and warranty support. But on raw specs for the price, it punches above what $35 usually delivers. The GaN technology and four-port configuration at this price represents real value, not just spec-sheet inflation.

Buy it if you work at a desk with multiple devices and want one charger to handle your laptop plus your phone and earbuds at the same time. Buy it if you have a USB-C laptop (MacBook, Dell, LG, Lenovo) and want to stop carrying three separate chargers. Buy it if your budget is around $35 and you want GaN technology without paying double.

Skip it if you need a guaranteed warranty with local customer support. Skip it if your primary device uses a proprietary charging connector that is not USB-C or USB-A. Skip it if you need to fast-charge two power-hungry laptops simultaneously at full wattage.

My honest take: for a desk setup that involves one laptop and two or three other devices, this charger does what it says. It stays cool, it charges fast enough to matter, and it consolidates four cables into one power strip slot. Worth noting that the reviews from real buyers across multiple countries back this up consistently.
